2020, August - Monaco

It was my honor to be discovered and invited by Van Gogh Art Gallery (Madrid) for a collaboration, and to participate in the art3f International Contemporary Art Fair at Monaco in August 2020.

2020, February - Putignano, Italy

In the spring of 2020, I had the pleasure of organizing my own art exhibition at the heart of the white old town in the lovely Putignano, a tiny town in the middle of the olive fields near the sea coast in Puglia. Putignano is my husband's home town and we have gone back to stay with family many times throughout the years. It is also one of my adoptive hometowns - the most important one.

Through this exhibition titled "Homecoming" I explored the idea and feelings of Home for the contemporary minds. The vernissage of the show was a heart-warming experience to sit together with relatives and friends who came all the way from the nearby small towns and city to support us, and rediscover with them the meaning of Home Town through the paintings of their familiar foods and landscape arranged in unexpected manners.

The exhibition was held in an exquisite tea house, the one and only tea place in Putignano run by two passionate town people who aspire to spread their beloved tea culture from the UK and China in the middle of strong Italian coffee tradition. The name of the tea house is "sinensis", Latin meaning "from China".

2017, December - Lyon, France

I participated in the group show at Taverne Gutenberg in Lyon at the end of my two month stay at the residence.

2017, April - Lyon, France

I was invited to show my minimalist abstract works at one of InterNations' social events. It was a precious chance for me to discuss with business professionals of different nationalities about my works. I learned so much from their questions and feedbacks. This experience was intense and overwhelming at the very early stage of my art career.
